From first visit to audit day

Certification is a process, not a single visit. Here is how we take you from your first message to a passed audit.

Farmers working a field in northern Ghana

Four stages

Prepared farm mounds

Assess

You tell us your crop, your buyers and the standard you need. We visit your farms or facility, review your practices and records, and give you a written list of every gap.

Prepare

We write the documents, manuals, policies and farm records the standard asks for, and set up your Internal Control System if you are a group.

A farmer workshop in Ghana

Train

We train your farmers, field officers and internal inspectors, run internal inspections, and finish with a mock audit.

Audit

We link you to an accredited certification body, prepare you for their visit and support you until you are certified, including any corrective actions they raise.

What we need from you

  • A contact person who can bring the team together
  • Access to your farms, stores and existing records
  • Time from your farmers and staff for training

How fees work

Every client is different, so fees are by quote. We send a quote after a first conversation about your crop, your size and the standard you need.

Ready to start?

Tell us your crop, your buyers and the standard you need. We reply on WhatsApp or by phone.
